"Everyone ready? My mother asked as she smoothed out her white tent dress with black embroidering on it she had black pants on underneath because knowing my mom she wouldn't be ladylike in that dress.

"Think so," Maddie said with two thumbs up. Her style was more chic and her and Jacks always seemed to match. She wore a light pink dress that was fitted and Jacks wore a white shirt and dark blue pants with brown shoes to match and I thought they looked cute together.

"Honey this tie isn't working," My dad complained and we all frowned at him.

"That's because you don't wear ties dear," my mother said and took the tie off and threw it behind her and my father narrowed his eyes playfully at her.

"Where's Theo?"Jacks asked as he pulled Maddie to him when she walked by.

"I asked him to go put gas in the car," My father said and my mother patted his shoulder with a frown.

"John he's a guest!"My mother reprimanded and my dad shrugged.

"He offered," He said and ran away from her to go wait outside.

My mother just shook her head and walked after him. We all were getting ready for the neighborhood picnic. It really wasn't a picnic, we lived in the rich side of town but we weren't snooty like the rest of the neighborhood we were modest with our wealth. My mother never turned down a party because she loved to socialize and she seemed to always get the whole neighborhood of people laughing and out of their snooty personas. The dinner was held outside of the country club and it always was beautifully decorated so I was very excited. I myself wore a very flowy floral dress that was cut off at my shoulders and had a semi deep v-neck. I loved this dress because it looked nice when I wore my hair in its natural curls.

I heard a car honk and we all rushed out to get in my moms Jeep Patriot that she adored. It was still a bit muddy from the other day when she and my dad took it off roading. Told you they were crazy. I was in the middle row of seats with Theo. Maddie and Jackson where in the back giggling and whispering to each other. While my parents were up front singing to some John Lennon song and talking to each other about their day. So it left me and Theo who decided to sit in the seat next to me and not leaving a space between us.

"You look nice, Sunshine," He said as he hunched down to whisper it and a grin appeared and my cheeks bloomed color.

I turned my head and examined his look. He wore a retro red ornate floral shirt that had a camp-collar the was neatly folded down. It looked really good against his tan skin and he left a few buttons undone so I got a glimpse of his toned chest. He had tight dark navy jeans on that clung to his muscular legs and my mouth was watering at how good he looked. I had a thing for fashion and his good looks wasn't helping my hormones.

"You don't look too bad yourself, bad boy," I said cooly despite the fact I was freaking out on the inside.

He smirked down at me and swung an arm onto the top of the seat and I swear he was trying to torture me because I could feel the presents of him on the back of my head and he was so close to touching me. I just wanted to pull is hand down so his arm wrapped around me like it was when we were watching the movie, but that might be really weird if I did. I needed to get over this silly crush! He was my brothers best friend and almost six years older than me! He probably only saw me as his friends little sister and didn't think much of his innocent touches. I sighed and looked out the window as we pulled into the country club parking lot. Here we go!

The table was a mile long and was decorated with colorful flowers and beautiful dining utensils. While the sun set over the ocean in the distance the lights hanging from tree to tree over the table began to glow brighter and illuminated talking people's faces as they sat in their seats.

"Willow!" A group of people shouted and she smiled and pulled my father over too them and the rest of us followed and sat with them. Jacks sat next to Theo and Maddie sat on the other side of Jack. I was about to sit next to Theo but a beautiful blond took my seat as I pulled it out.

"Theo James is that you!" She said with a bubbly smile. I frowned and Theo turned around and grinned at her.

"Scarlet!" He said and he wrapped her in a tight hug. I pouted slightly and walked around the long table to sit in the chair across from him.

"-I just got back from Europe because I was modeling there-" she was saying after I got around to the other side of the table. He watched her so intently as she blabbed on and on about whatever goes on in her perfect life. When did I get so negative! I guess that's what jealousy does to you. She's gorgeous and she looked absolutely stunning in her red dress. They both matched for crying out loud. This stupid crush of mine needs to end because he obviously has no feelings for me and he will end up with a woman like Scarlett.

Was she an old Girlfriend? I don't care! Yes I do! No I don't! I don’t know! I'm going crazy and not the fun crazy my mother is but the crazy crazy where I need to be locked up. I sighed and sat back in my chair as I tried to block out the reunion in front of me. I listened to all the commotion going on around me and I just pushed my food around my plate because I lost my appetite. I sat miserable the whole dinner and I was more then ready to go but my mother was on a roll with stories so I knew we were going to be the last ones here.

I decided to get up from the table and no one paid attention as I left to go inside to freshen up in the bathroom. I looked at my appearance in the mirror and wondered what Theo thought when he looked at me.Did he still just see the little girl that he would tease playfully when he was younger or had he noticed I was a woman now. My curves where in the right places and my chest had grown to a plump size that I was proud of and my butt it was "poppin" as my best friend Lacy would say. I laughed to myself as I pictured Lacy saying that and I reminded myself to FaceTime her soon because I missed her.

I returned back to the table to see Theo and the girl gone and I furrowed my eyebrows," Jackson where'd Theo go?" I asked and he smirked.

"He went to that blonds house," He said and wiggled his eyebrows and I rolled my eyes. He left with her and was probably gonna have s*x with her. She was probably really experienced a lot more than me and she's gonna have him begging for more. They're probably gonna date and get married and have kids and Grace will just be left alone forever. WOAH calm down crazy! I sighed and counted to 10 to clear my head. This crush needs to leave like Theo and that blonde did.
