Chapter Thirteen
The party was almost over by the time Cosmos, J’kar, Brock, Lan, and Derik arrived. They found a corner booth where they slid in. Jessie, a young waitress, came and took their orders. Cosmos didn’t know what Prime males drank so he just ordered a pitcher of his favorite homemade beer for everyone. Jessie smiled at Cosmos.
“I haven’t seen your friends before, Cosmos,” Jessie asked, smiling at Derik. The other guys were a little too intimidating for her taste, but the youngest male was more than a piece of eye candy and too yummy to ignore. Derik smiled back. He could like this planet, he decided with a grin.
