sarah looked at the man , he radiated a dark and dominant aura around him just like tristian but she wasn't afraid of him for some reasons , as if her soul knew that he would never hurt her ...even though he was a stranger but she knew deep inside that he meant no harm to her .
"oh that's so rude of me beautiful ,I am hayden king , tristian's bestfriend " the man introduced himself but as soon as she heard tristian's name her face paled , hades himself was surprised that he didn't introduce himself as hades to her .
"oh no...it's already too late ..sir would be so furious ..i haven't made anything yet ..." hades looked how much she was afraid ...she was sweating and tears started to roll down her cheeks ...he didn't like it ...she radiated an aura of innocence around her ...she was naïve and looked like a little kid right now ...he sighed and decided to console her ...
His hands reached on his own and wiped her tears ...sarah looked at him widely and took two steps back when she noticed how close the two of them were...hades understood that she was uncomfortable so decided to the kill the awkwardness between them
"ohk so before your sir comes down let's make him something to eat so that he doesn't eat you up" he said and sarah smiled ...hades heart melted on seeing her smile ...he hadn't seen a genuine smile for years ...as sage continued to cook ,sarah looked at him with admiration ..he was soo good , she felt as if she was watching some professional
"you look young ..may I ask how old are you" he asked her to initiate a conversation .
"oh I am 19"she answered happily , her whole focus on the way he was doing finishing on the pancake while he was surprised that the girl wasn't even affected by his personality , looks and charm ...neither did she seduce him like other woman did...he was amazed at the fact how could someone look so beautiful and innocent at the same time...she reminded him of someone , someone who he knew would never comeback in his life .
"Done" he said after completely finishing his work
"wow ..thankyou" she clapped her hands like a child ...but her smile faded when she realized that her life is safe till breakfast but what about lunch and dinner and tomorrow and day after tomorrow ..hades noticed and frowned
"what happened beautiful" his voice was soft and concerned
"what about lunch and dinner ..i don't even know how to cook how would I make lunch and dinner" she said looking down , her hands cold and clammy
"how about I teach you ...you are a quick learner and I can help you with today's lunch and dinner" hades offered ...he was scolding himself for bringing out his soft self to a strange girl , but he couldn't help it may be because she was so like her ...after he lost her, girls were just an object of pleasure for him but the one standing in front of him was something different and unique just like her ..and he genuinely wanted to help her
"really" her face brightened up like the first ray of sunshine and he nodded returning him the same smile
"thankyou so much" she kissed his cheek and took the pancake to set up on the dining table whilst he chuckled at her cute gesture ...
"btw what is your name" he asked her ...he was curious to know more about her...she was about speak when her words were cut down by a deep voice
"SARAH TRISTIAN KNIGHT" sarah didn't need to turn and see who it was ...panic rose in her when she realized his hand was now on her waist ...
"sarah tristian knight , my wife" tristian answered somewhat jealous of the fact that she was talking to some other man so happily without any care and fear .
"hey mate ...how are you" hades masked his emotion ..he was shocked ...very very shocked ...he had heard too much about her , he knew who she was ..he knew tristian's plan against her ....he too was happy with his decision but after seeing her in person something didn't sit well ..his heart refused to believe that such an innocent looking girl would even ever dare to think of hurting someone
On the other hand Tristian was burning with rage ...for the first time he felt like killing his own best friend ...he was jealous but didn't accept it ...he overpowered his jealousy by his rage ...
"hayden I have talked to other mafia organization leaders they are ready to join hands with us , i think you should get ready , we will leave after that then " his voice was hard which made sarah tremble in his arms ..
hayden nodded and left ...now only the two of them were left ...she kept her gaze on the floor , silently praying to god to save her from him ...
