Cole and I were flabbergasted at how well Jeremy and Aubrey were taking the news of their friend turning into a giant wolf. I think they were so happy to know she was alive and well that it negated anything else. Sierra was quiet beside me, and I knew she was going over everything that had happened in her head.
"We should probably warn everyone we’re bringing back two random humans," Cole said.
"That's probably a good idea," I told him. We did have a couple of humans in our pack that had mated with wolves, but that wasn't the case here. We tried to keep our pack private from humans, only because we didn't need anyone coming in and trying to take it from us. Learning wolves were real, opened the door to fear and panic, which was a very dangerous combination.
