“Oh my God! Skylar! What happened here!? Why is there blood everywhere!?” Someone hysterically yelled from downstairs.
It was my mom.
“Mom! I’m here!” I yelled back before looking at Feliz, clutching and holding the towel. “I’m here with Feliz. I need help!” I added.
Feliz finally stared back at me. “We should bring this to her and let her check it,” she mumbled, adjusting the towel.
“Yes….” I nodded, “Oh, Uhm… Fel…. The trauma kit is inside that closet,” I pointed her to the top door.
Feliz looked at it. “Sure, sure,” she turned her back.
I left the walk-in closet and saw my mom right away as she opened my bedroom door. “Mom…”
“What’s wrong?!” Mom worriedly walked towards me and checked my hand wrapped in a towel. “Oh, God. Let’s bring this to the hospital,” she said.
