It wasn’t until morning, over poached eggs on toast, that Jay brought the subject of money up. Jay scooped some egg white and yolk onto his toast and chewed. “You know, it’s not going to be easy financially for us to live up there in Wisconsin.” Hunter had filled him in on the house the night before. “I mean, I don’t know how easy it’ll be for me to start up another practice.
