“New case,” he replied. “Imogene, are you a big fan of Into the Light? Do you know much about them, other than the lead singer’s beautiful voice?”
“Not a lot to know. The venue puts out the publicity that the band’s playing. After the show, a couple of lucky members of the audience get to go backstage and meet the band. That’s why there’s such a jostle for a place close to the stage. Everyone hopes to catch Lucas’s eye. They haven’t released anything original.
