I woke up and I couldn't believe that the first thing I saw was Rain's sleeping face. It was ecstatic and thinking about what happened last night. I smiled widely and wrapped my arm around Rain, pulling our naked bodies closer together. I kissed his slightly parted lips making him mumbled something I didn't understand.
I chuckled and kissed the tip of his nose and I placed my leg on top of his legs.
"Get off. You'll be late for school." Rain groaned without opening his eyes and he tried to kick my leg off but I never let go.
"Don't care." I said and I was surprised when I felt that he was hard. "You're hard!" I exclaimed making him opened his eyes.
"Shut up! Just go home." Rain said and tried to unwrap my arm around him but I tightened my hold even more.
"No." I said pouting and rolled on top of him. Rain frowned at me and he was about to say something when I closed our distance and pressed our lips together in a slow kiss but it still turned into a heated one.
We both groaned when I pressed our hips together and ground it as our erections rubbed. I disconnected our lips and kissed his throat before I rolled out of the bed. I grinned when I heard Rain groaned from frustration.
I hastily wore my clothes piece by piece before I leaned to Rain who was still laying down on his bed and watching me change. I kissed him once more on the lips before I went out to the window where I went inside last night.
"I'll see you at school." I said and jumped out of the window. I tried so hard not to make any loud noise and sprint to the wall. I glanced once more to Rain's room window when I was on top of the three-meter wall and my heartbeat went faster when I saw Rain looking out from the window. His eyes on me.
It draws a smile to my lips before I jumped down.
**
I couldn't stop my lips from stretching into a smile up until to the school. I opened my locker only to close it because I didn't really have something to get or dump there. I was just so happy that my brain wasn't working well.
"Hey!" Luke threw his arm around my shoulders and walked with me side by side.
I just gave him a smile and what's with him being so friendly?
"What happened?" He asked and I frowned. "You seems happy."
"I'm not happy." I said and removed his arm on my shoulders.
I'm not happy, I'm very happy.
"Your smile says the opposite thing."
I didn't bother to answer him back when I saw Rain outside the classroom, talking to Isaac. I sucked my breath when our eyes met and I smiled even wider.
I could see from my peripheral vision of Luke looking at me and at Rain back and forth but we weren't paying attention to him.
"Hey." I said when I approached him, not wiping the smile on my face.
"Hey." He said back and it was the first time that he smiled sweetly to me. It made my heart pumped faster.
"Okay, lovebirds." Luke interfered and pushed me and Rain inside the classroom. "Class is starting."
I went and sat in Luke's seat and he just glanced at me and walked to the empty seats. I always glance at Rain during discussions and wasn't paying attention to the lessons. Who cares. Anyway, I was just there because of him and not because I wanted to listen.
"Mr. Realm!" I turned my head when I heard my name and all eyes were on me. Our instructor raised a brow at me. "Do you have something to say to Mr. Clyde? You've been staring at him since the beginning."
I stood from my chair and looked straight to the female instructor. "Yes. I have something to say to Mr. Clyde." I said and glanced at Rain whose eyes were wide open.
"What the hell are you doing!?" He muttered and I just winked at him.
"I—"
"Okay, enough Mr. Realm." She cut me. "We're running out our time. Sit down and well, we're going to have a surprise test!" She announced and everyone gasped.
Surprise indeed!
I was about to confess my love to Rain if she didn't cut me. Confess, yes. I already love him. I glanced at Rain who was also looking at me and it just made me smile.
He has been my thoughts every single day. And he wouldn't leave my thoughts, and I just wondered if he ever gets tired of running. . . inside my mind? I hope not.
Our instructor started distributing the test papers. I grabbed the test paper that my front classmate gave me and get one and passed to my back.
I skimmed the questions and I didn't know or understand those things. I haven't been listening from day one since all I could think was Rain, Rain, and Rain. I might as well answer his name to each number.
"You only need thirty minutes to finish that exam." Our instructor said and I just stared at the test paper as if it was something foreign.
They were already started answering and I rolled my eyes as I saw Rain scribbling his name on the top left of the paper and I also wrote my name.
I always rolled my eyes at Rain's paper copying his answers and when he noticed me, Rain covered his paper. I sighed and attend on my paper as I felt Rain glanced at me and I heard him sighed and kicked my feet making me jumped a little and glanced at him. Rain shove his paper a little bit closer to the arm of his chair even though I could see perfectly his handwriting without him shoving it closer.
Our eyes met and we were staring for seconds making me smile.
I didn't copy all his answers because I didn't want our instructor to be suspicious. I flipped my paper and wrote something for Rain to read.
I tapped my pen on the table catching Rain's attention and he read it. He frowned at me before he pulled a scratch below his table and started writing for his reply.
I asked him if he was free this Saturday.
Rain wrote the word no making my lips curved into a sad one. I wrote why but our instructor started talking about passing the papers of those whose already done.
Rain stood first followed by a girl and then so on. I stood when Isaac stood up, grabbing my empty bag and walked out of the room after passing my test paper.
I jogged and caught at Rain who was about to turn to the locker's hallway. I stood beside him, leaning with the other lockers as I watched him opened his locker.
"Why you're not free this Saturday?" I asked.
"Because I have something to do." He said without looking at me.
What? I was about to ask him but I didn't. I didn't want him to feel that I was meddling in his affairs. I just stayed quiet.
Rain pulled out his helmet before he closed his locker door and looked at me.
"Why are you asking?" He said.
"I just wanted to ask you for a date."
Well, I. . . honestly, I kinda slightly felt my cheeks burnt. It was the first time I reacted like that. Before, I could just ask some woman to have a date with me effortlessly without my cheeks burning, but not with Rain.
Rain stared at me for a few long seconds before he looked away.
"I'm not free during the day." He said.
"How about the night?" I asked. I was about to take him to lunch or go sightseeing but having a date without the sun is also nice.
"Night?" He asked and I nodded, hoping he would say yes. "Yeah, I think." He said making me smile. "So, what are we going to do. Take a night stroll?" He said and started walking.
I happily walked beside him. "Yes. We can do that."
"Where? On my roof?" He said, sarcastically.
I laughed and nodded. "Why not?" Rain just rolled his eyes to me and I held his hand and pulled him to the school's four wheels parking area.
"Hey! What are you doing?" He protested but I just grabbed him near my car and pulled him closer before I pressed our lips together.
He was surprised but he still kissed me back, wrapping his free arm around my waist but disconnected our lips immediately.
"I'll see you tomorrow night." He said and let go of me before he walked away making me smile.
"I can't wait to see you." I said and watched him went out of the parking area and walked to where he parked his motorbike.
**
The whole Saturday morning, I only waited for Rain to go out of his uncle's house and was planning on stalking him. But he never went out making me curious. I again climbed their wall after checking the road for passers-by. I sneaked near his room and tried to listen. I saw his uncle and auntie went out and Wesley hours ago leaving him alone in the house.
Maybe he was lying about him being not free for the day.
I walked to check the door if it was open when the gate suddenly creaked and it was Wesley, opening it widely for his car. He was surprised to see me and I just waved at him.
He parked his car in the garage and went out, walking towards me.
"Hey." I greeted and he greeted back.
"Looking for Rain?" He said and I nodded, scratching my nape. He inserted a key in the door and twist the handle, pushing it open. "Come in. I'll call him for you."
"No!" I exclaimed but closed my mouth when I saw Rain descending the stairs with his boxer shorts and a tank top making my heart went wild inside my chest.
"Oh, here he is." Wesley said and walked to where the kitchen was.
Rain looked at me as if he was expecting me to be there. Or maybe because he knew I was there already in the first place.
"Hey." I said but he just passed me and went inside the kitchen leaving me alone in the living room.
Rain went out with a pitcher of water and a glass.
"Follow me." He said.
Well, I thought he would ignore me! I felt relieved and excited at the same time. He just invited me inside his room!
I jogged after him and went into his room. He placed the water on the other table near his study and I was amazed at what I saw.
"You did this?" I pointed the unfinished black and white drawing of I guess a park.
"Yeah." Rain sat and grabbed his pencil before he glanced at me. "I know you've been sneaking around outside like a pervert and it's distracting me. Just try not to move too much."
"Okay." I said and I sat to his bed watching his back as he does his thing. "I don't know you're into drawings."
"It's just that you don't really know me." He said and I paused.
Yes. What do I know about Rain?
He was good at every subject. He drives a motorcycle. He loves books. . . just that.
"You don't know me that much either." I said and he glanced at me.
"What if I know you so much that it'll surprise you?" He said and I was surprised at the way his voice became serious.
He kinda looks hot.
"Surprise me." I challenged him and he kinda took my bait.
"Let's start about you having a brother complex or more like a twin complex."
I frowned. I didn't have a brother complex. I was just attached to Jack.
"Wrong." I said.
"Yeah? The way you hate everyone who tries to talks and plays with him." He said and I was just silent. "You also dated women as if you're having a competition with Brett if who gets to date more."
"How—!" I exclaimed in surprise but stopped when I saw him grinning. "How did you know that?"
"I also know about you and Todd before." He stood and so was I.
I could feel my cheeks heating up making me wonder where he got that information. Not even Jack knew it.
"And Gwen—"
"Okay, that's enough." I said, cutting him.
I had some short-term relationships with my friends, but you could also call it flings. Nothing serious about it.
"Answer me. Where did you know those things?" I frowned and he just shrugged and stepped towards me, catching my waist with his hands and it kinda sends me shivers.
"Thinking about it, I suddenly felt jealous." He said and I was surprised. He never gave me time to react when he pressed our lips, kissing me passionately.
All my thoughts suddenly disappeared and I raised my hands, touching both his cheeks as he kissed me deeply.
Hearing him being jealous made me chuckled between our lips. He rarely expresses what he thinks inside his head. I wrapped my arms on his neck and leaned my body closer to his, putting a space between our lips.
"You were jealous? Why?" I said, grinning.
"Because I don't want to think that someone already had you before I did." He said making me bit my bottom lip surpassing a smile.
"Does that mean that you like me?" I couldn't stop smiling and there was that frown in his face again. He always does that to hide his real facial expression.
"I don't know." He said and I frowned.
"Come on! I know you love me already."
He chuckled and it was so precious! I smiled widely and I was about to say something when he again pressed our lips shutting me.
