My hands were intertwined as I stared attentively at the projector screen as the presentation took place. I had assigned tasks to each of the staff regarding the new branch we were about to open. Four had presented, and the last one standing piqued my interest the most. The room erupted in applause when he finished his presentation.
"Thank you all for the good job. The results will be announced within twenty-four hours," I said, pushing my chair back and standing up.
