"Evans, how is the preparation at the big event hall?" I asked as soon as Evans walked into my office. He set the tab in front of me. "Everything is going according to the plan. Miss Genevieve has already booked all the rooms for the guests."
I nodded my head as I scrolled through the breakdown of the anniversary event. "Good. Please make sure there aren't any mistakes with the food and drinks that will be served."
"Yes, Sir." He collected the tab, bowed down, and left the room. I had been busy since morning going through one or two things. I have the staff to take care of the events, but I still need to inspect to make sure everything is smooth.
I haven't also had time to check up on Lena. We haven't seen each other since yesterday afternoon. She was busy reading
