Axel’s POV As soon as Rina walked out that door, I felt the tension snap like a live wire. The room went silent for a beat, just long enough for the frustration to simmer between us. I could feel it—Ryder pacing behind me, Kade clenching his fists by the kitchen counter. None of us were happy. None of us wanted her to leave. But I couldn’t trap her here.
