After I finished, I left the pot where I found it, grabbed the cup of water, and drank it all. I exhaled deeply before standing up and walking away.
I ran into Dennis, who seemed to be lurking around my chamber walls. My eyes widened to show my nervousness, but I quickly composed myself.
"Dennis... What are you doing here?" I asked.
"I came to see you," he replied with a smile.
"You came to see me? Why? I mean, it's very late for a visit. Why do you want to see me?" I asked.
"I want to discuss with you. A very important one," he replied, and I scratched my head.
"How about we talk about that tomorrow? As you can see, I'm exhausted and I need to rest," I said.
