Theldan is a huge city on the borderline of Kazahkstan. Despite its distance to commercial areas, this city has been developed and is enjoying its progressive economy and modern lifestyle. However this morning, the ubralo ( ordinary humans) doesn't know anything about the tragedy that's about to fall on them.
Celestine and Eslon quickly pop out at this city. Celestine's eyes move around checking out if they've reached the right place. Good, we're at the beach. Just an exact point. She sees some people swimming and having picnic and kids playing in the sand, at a distance.
