I became busy the next few days. I wrote a short article about Quinn being the new captain of the soccer team and leading his team. I also talked a little bit about the previous captain and how he took his team to victory. Of course, I researched him because he already graduated his senior year. It was fascinating to know that Quinn is a junior, and yet he was chosen as captain. He must be an excellent player. I handed it to Ms. Martin today in her office.
"Good afternoon, Ms. Martin. I wrote an article for the new soccer captain."
"Thank you, Rachel. Where are the photos?" she asked.
"I gave it to Justin the next day after I took them. I am not sure if he is done editing it."
Ms. Martin nodded and didn't ask further. She gave my article a quick read.
