We stayed out for about ten minutes and just heard each other's heartbeat. Being close to Quinn like this is something I have never done with any guy before. Sure I have guy friends back home, but I have never dated any of them. Quinn is the first and, hopefully, my last.
"Babe.."
"Hmm?"
"How many points did I get?"
I shrugged. "I don't know, and I lost count two days after my birthday."
He was astounded. "You mean we could have dated a lot earlier? And you're just making me wait longer??"
I took a sip of my hot cocoa and faced him. "Uh-hmm.."
"Savage," said Quinn. He said it in a low voice but I still heard it.
"I heard that."
He just snorted. "It's true."
Yeah, it's true. "But this savage loves you to the moon and back, do you know that?" I gave him a few kisses on the cheek.
