Fortunately, I could tell her that I hadn't had similar dreams to the ones I had narrated the last time we met. "They will depart for the People's Republic of China the day after tomorrow."
A tingling sensation ran down my neck, similar to what I had felt a few days ago when I was jogging in the park and suspected someone was following me.
"That sounds great," I replied, though my true mood leaked through the tone of my voice. "I already have my passport stamped with the visa. I just need to pack my bags."
