Alyssa felt trepidation over the prospect of going into the study. Something Dylan also picked up on as he watched Alyssa stand infront of the closed door with fear in her eyes. She swallowed audibly, fighting every instinct that told her to turn back. “You can do this,” Dylan encouraged. He slipped a hand into hers.
