Alyssa ended up late to class but if any of her students thought something was up, they didn’t give it away. She did her best to avoid Dylan’s intense stare as she went about teaching and a few times, she might have accidentally gone back on her slides instead of forward but she joked that may be she needed a longer spring break. All in all, it was an uneventful class and at the end, all the students handed in their mid-term assignments before filing out of class.
