Chapter 4 Callum texted Jeremy as he made his way to his car. His tired body ached everywhere, but the cold air blowing through the parking lot cooled his heated skin. Callum: Hey. Finally off. Jeremy: Great! Tired? Callum: God, yes. And can’t wait to strip out of these clothes and get in the shower. The bubble popped up and went away several times as if Jeremy was uncertain what to type. Callum finally reached his car at the far end of the parking lot and slid inside, starting the engine and turning on the heat. Thankfully it wasn’t snowing, even though the forecast had mentioned a possibility. The longer it took for Jeremy to answer, the more Callum began to worry. But his phone finally pinged. He read and his heart pounded harder in his chest. Jeremy: Need any help? He’d added a
