Jaw and fists clenched tightly. Heart beating almost out of my chest. And my wolf… my wolf was howling to get out, to be with her, to be close to her. My… No. I can’t say it. I don’t want to say it.  It had been approximately five minutes since I was face to face with her, and around three minutes since I had been alone with her after Brianna went back outside to her desk. But why did it feel as if it had been an eternity?  Every second that passed felt much longer as she sat in front of me, only my exquisite wooden table in between us but even that felt like she was far away. It felt as if I needed to be closer to her, to feel her against me, to see a closer look of her. My whole entire being couldn’t help but admire her beauty and her presence. She was… ethereal.  I cleared my throat
