Shawn pov

I was in the office with Sammy I finally got to her, it took me months to do it but i did it, I finally got out of there, I told her i would be her mate i would love her like i should had if she would just let me out, i had to pretend i was in love with her to talk to her daliy when she came to see me, Once she opened the cell door Bayley started screaming at me, Calling me a traitor to our alpha, I Promised myself when i got settled back in that i would link her and tell her why i did this, I only did this to keep an eye on her, anything she did i had to strighten out she almost f****d up a treaty and start a war, i had to fix the problem and told the alpha she was new to all of this, this was so f****d up, it was f*****g unblieveable she had no idea what she wasa doing, i had a converstation with her, i told her to let me be the alpha, she didnt like it at first, Blaze is gone he’s not coming back, let me be alpha, she would still be in the office i told her she would still be in the office she would know everything that i do, she then f****d that plan up, she told me “how about this, you can be my beta,” f**k i was so f*****g close, i said fine, so i became her beta and her mate,, i finally linked Bayley, i begged for forgiveness, it was the only way to keep an eye on her, she screamed in my head to kill that b***h, but i just couldn’t my bond with her was growing , i was reading a email with her on my lap when i got a link from Blaze, “Holy s**t this man was actually alive, what the f**k i haven’t heard nothing from this man until today, we talked for a few minutes and it made me wonder where he was, i asked him where he was, as i walked outside with Sammy, i held her in my arms as i was talking to him, he never said anything back, something tells me he was a lot closer then i thought and he probably thinks i betrayed him, in away i did betray him, I know i am in deep s**t, I knew if he and I came face to face, he would rip my f*****g head off, i am so much in deep s**t,

Bayley pov

It had been two whole years since my mate had died, that b***h killed him, all he was doing was pleading to her to let me go we would leave the pack and never return, but a guard came behind him and stabbed him in the back breaking his neck as the dagger was still inside of him, I screamed as i treied to run to him, but they would not let me go near him, i fell to my knees reaching out to him, but i knew he was gone, the guards dragged me to this f*****g cell and threw me inside, when Shawn declared being Sammys mate I wanted to kill both of them, I called him a tratior for betraying our alpha, I knew i needed to get the hell out of here, it was a matter of time when they would come to me and kill me, i tried linking Blaze but all i heard was static, all i could think about is could he be dead, The only way to get the hell out of here, is to kill the guard that brings me food, when night finally falling the guard came to bring me my food, i got up and walked over to the cells, before he could say a word i grabbed the collar of his shirt bringing him forward bashing his head on the bars knocking him out cold, i reached for the keys and unlocked the door, i stepped out breaking this fuckers neck, he was the one that killed my f*****g mate, “pay back is a b***h mother fucker, I ran out of the cells, i knew i needed to leave as the alarms started going off, I shifted into my wolf Star, we ran as we heard the footsteps of many others coming, I ran so fast out of there, when I saw the gate i had a running start and i leaped over the gates, the spikes on them just scrapped my stomach nothing was cut that i thought of, landing on my paws i turned looking at them, they were growling and shifting, i knew they were going to come after me, so I ran and i ran as fast as i could, I ran until i couldn’t run anymore, i thought i was safe but i didn’t feel right, something was wrong, i shifted back and looked at my body, my stomach was bruised and very red, Star was wimpering, “Wolfsbane Bayley they put wolfsbane on the spikes that was on the gate, I sighed and i started to hear the ground rumble they were coming for me, i needed to cross the border,

“Star, can you shift one more time?”

“I think i can but then i will need to rest afterwards,” we shifted one more time and i ran as fast as we could, i felt her weak and i heard the wolves growling and snapping their jaws, I was almost to the border,

Bayley

We made it passed the border of the Black moon river pack I was a rogue now, and i knew i came across another packs land, but i couldn't remember what pack it was, but i knew this pack couldnt cross unless they wanted a war, I ran a little more ways when Star told me she couldn't go on she needed to rest, i shifted back to my human, i had to grab onto a tree to stand but I was just to weak the poison was in my system now, i fell to the ground i tried to get up but i fell once more, i was just to weak, All i remember was wolves circling me and shifting back to human, someone growled at them telling them to stay away from his mate,

what mate, i wasn’t near anyones mate, my eyes closed and all i saw was black, i felt someone lifting me and covering me with something, and thats all i felt I was out after that,

Blaze pov

I awoke sitting right up what the hell was that noise, was i dreaming or was it real, i walked out looking around but i heard nothing, i didn't see anyone or hear anything else, it must had been a dream, it was a chilly night, so i shifted into King, i looked over at Nicole and saw her laying in her makeshift hammock, i walked over to her and laid beside her on the ground, Her finger tips reached for my head,

“it wasn't a dream, some kind of alarm went off, and then it shut off, it sounded like someone was either breaking out or breaking into, but im not so sure, she scratched my ears and said,

“your wolves fur is so soft, i love how it feels in my hand,” I felt King smirk,

“she likes me more then you”

“shut up” he laughed and set down like he was a little puppy dog,” Nicole smiled, i like the both of you the same, I could still hear King pur, the next morning, i awoke and i knew i needed too get back to the pack, something told me something went down last night, and i needed to make sure the people were okay, something just did not feel right at all, I ran out of the cave and all the way back to the black river pack, i stopped when i saw the guards around even the members where standing there looking around, one of the guards dragged out a dead body, i knew this man, his name was Kirst, someone killed him but who, I suddenly got a link from Shawn,

“i know you are out there Blaze, Bayley killed him she ran, her body is full of poison and she will die if she doesn't get help, If i was you, i would leave before they find you,”

that mother fucker, this really pissed me off, and i was about to go over that gate when i felt hands on my arms,

“Blaze if you do this, you will die, he has betrayed you, he is on her side now, he will not turn his back on her now,” i shoved her hands off of me,

“Who the f**k do you think you are to stop me to go over to my own pack, he will die by my hands,”

“Yes he will, but not right now, there are to many that will attack and kill you, if you remember they think you betrayed them,” I growled deeply at her, knowing she was right, i still growled, this didn't scare her at all instead she said,

“Don’t you growl at me puppy dog, i don’t scare easy as you could tell when i hunted the boar, i knew it was you when i smelled you,” I couldn't believe she remembered that, I remembered it it was three weeks ago, i was coming out of the cave when i heard a grunting noise, i saw what it was, i was going to kill it for myself, but suddenly she jumped down from the tree on top of it, he started bucking trying to get her off of him, it looked like a damn rodeo. she went flying to the ground and before he could get her with his tusk she stabbed him in the head killing him instantly, i remembered thinking to myself damn i wouldn't want to piss her off, i remembered like it was yesterday. i shook my head rolling my eyes where the hell was Bayley at, where the hell did she run to,”

Blaze she is safe in her mates arms, he is taking care of her until she wakes up, they are draining the poison out of her”

“her mate? her f*****g mate got killed saving her” she shook her head at me,

Blaze sometimes i wonder if you have any brains at all, her second chance mate, he found her he took her back to his pack to save her, she will be okay, let her recover and then she will call on you i promise,” well that didn't calm me down one bit, this elf woman could read my thoughts, shaking my head i walked away swearing i will kill Sammy and Shawn, I will rip their heads off and shove them up their ass,
