“What do you like in a guy?” André asked as he licked his ice cream, walking along the palatial gardens of Castel dell’Cruore, the sunset visible in the distance.
Verity just shrugged softly, finishing her own ice cream, and chuckled at the absurdity of the thought that occured to her. “I don’t know. Someone romantic? Preferably, someone who would take me to museums and make out with me?”
“Yeah, I’m pretty sure that’s illegal,” André said, and Verity gave him a confused look. “They said not to touch the masterpieces.”
Verity laughed in a sweetly innocent way at his bold statement and slapped his arm playfully, invoking a chuckle from André who nearly had a straight face while he said the corniest of lines he could think of.
