“Oh my god, this pizza is amazing!” Kalea moaned as she took a bite of her four-cheese pizza.
“Yeah, this place is perfect,” Harper agreed as he slurped up his fettuccine alfredo.
“I forgot how good this place was,” Eddie said as he enjoyed his four-meat pizza.
“When was the last time we were here?” Kurt asked him.
“My fourteenth birthday party.”
“Geez, has it really been that long?” Kurt exclaimed.
“Yup.” Eddie’s face dropped slightly, feeling the loss of his parents. Kalea felt his sadness and couldn’t help but put a hand on his leg to give him some comfort. Eddie looked down at Kalea’s innocent hand, looked up at her, and gave a curt smile, thanking them. Kalea nodded in return and then removed her hand.
