It took another two weeks for Coach to organize the fight, and he wanted me to be first up. I had started spending time with the other ten guys at school. They weren’t professional fighters but the fear of juvie kept them fighting even when most of them didn’t want to. The fights usually consisted of them being beaten up by adults, which was hardly fair, and I could see some of them were sick of it.
