The hallways we walked through were quiet and dark. Tina seemed to understand my fear as she squeezed my hand and stepped closer to me. “It’s okay, we’ll get out of here.”
“Where is Blue eyes?” I asked, looking behind my shoulder as I searched for him, afraid that monsters would grab him.
“He’ll find us. Don’t worry.” Tina said as she pulled me to the left.
“Are—” I stopped as a loud bang echoed around us. Tina’s fingers tightened around mine so painfully I whimpered in pain. “Val—”
“Hush…” She put her finger to her lips and then motioned for me to be quiet and to follow her in a small alcove just near two cells side by side. “There’s someone here.”
