I slowly woke up his arms were still around me and I smiled. ‘Corey.’
‘Go back to sleep Lex.’
He snuggled into me. ‘The kids will be up soon.’
‘Damn can’t we stay like this a little longer?’
‘I wish.’ s**t did I say that aloud.
He smiled. ‘We can’t Corey unless you want the twenty questions theory.’
‘Not really.’ He grumbled.
‘Izzy is up at seven Keiron and Arron well.. who knows anytime after eight till lunch.
‘Fine I’ll get up, but one night we will have alone I promise you.’
I smiled. I felt so comfortable with him at least he payed attention to me and he genuinely wanted to be with me unlike Joker. I really liked him.
‘Come on I’ll make some pancakes.’
‘Can’t wait.’
We pulled ourselves out of bed and dressed. We went downstairs and I cooked some chocolate chip pancakes.
