I didn't know what the movie was about. I only knew the beginning, where a man and a woman were fighting, then the woman ran into the middle of the road crying and a speeding truck hit her.
Stupid woman! Why did she run like that into the middle of the road when she was in a panic?
Then, when I was feeling nauseous because of the blood that filled the movie screen, coming from the woman's body, Noah grabbed my hand and held it tightly.
That distracted me from the classic scene on the screen, where the man cried bitterly while holding the woman's body.
"You don't like romantic movies?" Noah asked. His voice was soft, because there were other people watching around us, so we couldn't be loud.
