The door opens, and Dale walks in with someone.
"Doctor, the one Lucas sent."
Jax nods, looking at her.
"You need to leave, please." The doctor looks at Jax as she moves to Melodie's side. " What she went through has been explained to me. I will not do checks on her body with any male in the room. Please leave."
Jax nods and walks out. Sitting outside the door, he waits. Half an hour later, the doctor opens it.
"Is she okay?" Jax moves into the room. Melodie is still out of it.
"No major damage, just a slight tear which I have stitched. A lot of bruising. Her body will hurt for a few days. The stitch will take around a week to dissolve by itself. She needs to be on bed rest for at least 24 hours. Give her these to take when she wakes up. I have taken bloods to check for any infecti
