Getting in the house, he walks into the living room. Placing her on the sofa, he goes to leave, but her hand grasps his.
"Dance with me, Jax."
He looks at her. Is she crazy? "You need a drink, a change of clothes and a shower baby."
She can't ignore this, no matter how much he wishes they can. Melodie shakes her head. Standing up, her arms wrap around him.
"Please, just for a moment, Jax, please." Melodie sobs quietly. She needs his arms around her.
