Lost in my own thoughts, I found myself heading back to my chambers in a dazed state. Unaware of my surroundings, I failed to notice the presence of a man—correction, a little man—following behind me until I paused and let out a heavy sigh. Only then did I catch a glimpse of his reflection in the hallway's large window, but I didn't have the inclination to turn around and question him about his intentions. I was not in the mood for conversation, so I decided to let him do as he pleased. Besides, I wasn't even sure if he had any business with me. Could it be that he was simply unable to pass by me?
