It was already late in the afternoon. Cornelius and I were supposed to be outside the palace, sightseeing and enjoying the day with one another’s company in town, but here we are now, sneaking into the garden house just to get some things that I would need to use. But I don’t think that I will be able to let those things out without being seen. The garden house is being guarded by my father’s guards, and I could not easily make them leave.
