CHAPTER NINE Right before Switch landed on the stage, she made a mental note to make sure to blame the inevitable failure of this mission on Bait and Stinger. It was their fault, after all, that the catwalk had given out underneath them, and because they didn’t get the drop on the Neo-Visionists, the success rate of their mission dropped like a rock. She now understood why Mom always hated working with men. They just got in the way, even if they were your own family. But Switch didn’t think about that too much. She landed on the stage in front of the laptop on her back, while Bait and Stinger landed beside her in a confused heap of limbs.
