JOHN'S POV Incessant knocking woke me up at God knows when in the morning. I rubbed my eyes with my fist and noticed that it was still pitch black out. Oh, f*ck, it must have been super early. I looked over with a wince and noticed that my laptop was still on with a proposal up on the screen. I groaned and rolled over, throwing the pillow over my face. It was way too early for this bullsh*t. A sharp trill that was beyond f*cking obnoxious came through the door and made me jump and fall out of the bed and onto the floor.
