Annie's POV
The entire day I worked with Brenda around the palace. Katherine was in a fantastic state of mind, and the spot appeared to buzz. Katherine even let Brenda pick her own errands as the day progressed, so we spent it outside raking while at the same time tossing the leaves at one another. It was the best time we had in a very long time. Both my guard and Gerry followed me like my shadow. Yet, even Andrea and Beta Gerry joined when we had our leaf battle. It was incredible going through the day with Brenda, however when Gerry finished mind-linking the King, he called me over to him. I meandered over, pulling leaves from my hair.
"My Queen, it's time to go in. A storm is coming, and it is best you come inside before it downpours," he expressed, turning all professional once more.
