Danielle's POV When I began running down the slope I found I was unable to stop. The slide moved me down, and even as I attempted to build up momentum, I was sliding, underrating the way in which the mountain was steep and I was unable to recover. I tried to grab a tree trunk just for my hold to slip straight off, and the air left my lungs as the movement of attempting to stop myself sent me rushing to the ground at a point. The wheel support drove through me further, taking my breath as agony flowed through me. A shout tore from my lips at the desolation, and I started moving down the slope.
