I woke up with a groan, my head pounding as I reached my hand out, searching for my wife.
That's when I realized the bed was empty, making my head pop up as I opened my eyes in confusion.
"Baby?" I called out before looking down and seeing Butterscotch squished beneath me.
Then I started to panic...Gabriella never wakes up before me.
I drank way too much last night..and the sunlight that came trickling in confirmed it as I turned my head away before wincing.
"Fuck." I cursed while tiptoeing towards the bathroom.
"Princess, where are you?"
I peeked my head around the door, seeing the shower had water droplets on the glass..it must've just been used.
Frowning, I made my way to the other side of the room before opening the bedroom door quickly..that's when I heard laugh
