Van’s POV—
I planned to go to a bar with Lex, grab a drink and then head home. So, I went to the Magnus Office to meet Lex. I have a flight to London tomorrow. Day after there will be another boxing match.
“Sir, Mr Magnus has requested you to wait for him, in his office. He is wrapping up a meeting and will join you soon.” Lex’s secretary Jane said.
I turned on the television in his room, to watch the news till Lex finishes the meetings. There has been a huge fire in a theatre in one of the Shopping Complexes. But the fire was controlled in time.
“Hey! How long have you been waiting?” Lex walked in.
“Just ten minutes. So, are you done? I will be traveling to London tomorrow so thought will go and have a couple of drinks with you.” I said getting up.
“Yeah. I am done. Let’s move!” Lex
