Lucia POV
I glanced in the mirror, it was either an off angled mirror or my chest got bigger. Which was odd, my chest has always been the same size. I tried on the Luna dance outfit again, my chest was a little bigger than the last time so I had to try on a different top. This would be the first time I'd get to do the Luna dance for Bane, I couldn't help thinking of his heated gaze on me. It gave chills down my back.
Ferrah came in dressed in her usual pink outfit. "Oh, I hope you destroy Mia's version of the Luna dance." She said as she smiled devilishly.
"What is with you trying to get under Mia's skin?"
She shrugged. "I like to see her squirm." I snorted laughed, then walked out with her. The night was cool with a light breeze. The scent of roasted boar made my stomach rumble and my mouth water. Rose petals were scattered everywhere on the ground. I felt Bane's gaze on me, but I pretended not to notice.
"I think the other dancers are almost done, then it turns." Ferrah clapped and jumped up and down. This was the happiest I had seen her for a while now but it warmed my heart to see her smile. I bite my lip as I felt Bane's wolf prod at me. The odd thing was is after I made him my familiar he couldn't hide anything from me even if he wanted to. I could feel wetness pool between my legs, I don't know if I could make it through this dance without mauling Bane.
"You have no idea how long I've waited to see you dance for me..." Bane's raspy voice made my breath catch in my throat. I turned around to see Bane and my knees almost went weak as I saw his bare chest marked in the usual tribal patterns. I had to bite back the whimper...Jesus, what has gotten into me?
I put my hands on his chest, as I thought of all the dirty things I wanted him to do to me.
"Lucia..." Bane warned, I could feel his need for me and I just couldn't resist teasing him.
"What? I'm not doing anything..." I purred as I slide my hands down his chest stopping just above his pants tracing my finger lightly between the clothing and his skin. He groaned in his throat before grabbing my hips in a rough grip and pulling me into him. I couldn't help but rub up against him.
"Can we skip the dance?" I asked breathlessly.
"Hm, You'd like that, wouldn't you? No, your gonna dance for me baby, then I'll give you want." He replied in a lustful tone, then he nibbled my ear.
"Hey!" Ferrah yelled pushing us apart. I swear to god if she didn't separate us I would have mauled him. "Luna Dance first! Then you guys can do whatever, but I have worked too hard on her dance moves to be let down now, so move it, missy!" She yelled as she smacked my butt.
"Ouch! Okay!" I went to the center of the red carpet that was laid out. I remembered every move and practiced a hundred times. I knew it by heart now. Bane of course sat in a chair in front of me.
He winked at me then bite his lip. As the music started it was like muscle memory, I didn't even have to think about it. I felt Bane's energy flow through me, as I went into the last move to straddle him and bend backward I rocked my hips against him. He growled low in his throat as I let him go and ended the dance.
Ferrah walked out in front of me. "Am I good or am I good?!" To my surprise, everyone was clapping. I couldn't help the smile that spread across my lips. This was actually the first time I felt accepted in the pack. I felt my cheeks heat up, I had no idea why I felt embarrassed right now. Maybe because I felt like they actually saw me and didn't look through me like I was nothing.
I felt a warmth in my chest. Ferrah came over to me jumping up and down. "Did you see Mia's face! Oh man, I wish I could repay that moment forever!" I chuckled then Ferrah took my hand and started to dance with me. "This is so great! Now Quinn will have a playmate!" She said as she spun me around. I stopped and stared at her.
"Huh? Wait are you-"
"No silly! I meant you!"
I felt the color drain from my face. "What?"
"Yeah! After the Luna Dance, The Alpha and Luna try for a pup. Cute huh?"
I didn't even know what to say. Bane never told me about that part, is that why he looked so happy? I turned to Bane who was talking with the other males. I didn't even have time to decide if I wanted pups or not, I mean I don't think I'd be a bad mother but...to have the choice was nice. A young female pup ran up to Bane jumping up and down, Bane picked up the child and nuzzled her on the nuzzle.
There was no doubt he'd be a great father, he loved pups and he probably wanted more than one. I sighed, I really didn't want to let Bane down. I wanted to be able to give him what he always wanted. I walked over to Bane and slide my hand around his neck. "Mind if I steal him away from you guys?" I said as I snaked around to face Bane. He smiled through lowered lashes and gestured for everyone to leave.
He kissed me softly, igniting a wildfire inside of me. My legs felt weak, his kiss began to get rougher. He barely let me breathe as my lips parted. I had to push him back a bit just to breathe. As I opened my eyes, Bane's eyes were glowing. I could feel his wolf, it was like he was prowling, on the edge of his seat.
"Bane, we're still in public..." I said breathlessly as he started to trail kisses down my neck.
"Then let's get out of here cause I can't wait anymore."
