I woke up with a small smile on my face. It has been a week since I got back to New York. It felt great to be in my comfort zone again after spending some quality time with my family in Maryland. My mother was unwilling to let me leave, but she did anyway. My heart was heavy when I left my parents back home but I didn't have any other choice.
