"What do you mean you need to get out of here?" She asks me in confusion.
And then her face goes rigid, before I knew what she's trying to do, I see her marching towards Aiden.
I somehow am quick enough to grab her before she reaches him and Carl. It would have been awkward talking about our issues when the whole pack is trying their best to make it right again.
And I am still not sure if I should address Carl as King or just calling him by his name would be enough?
"No no!! Listen!" I whisper and drag her towards the kitchen because that is the only place that's isolated right now.
"What? If he is not treating you well, then I am not going to sit back and watch okay? You are my priority and I mean it" she is furious now. Wow.
