NARRATOR The new discovery was able to change Rock's mindset towards his wife. Instead of heading home after work, he was in a bar trying to get himself drunk to oblivion. As much as he wanted to hate himself for believing in mere suspicion, he couldn't just lie to himself by assuming she was innocent. Perhaps he was afraid of going home because he didn't want to face her at all. The evidence in her eyes was so too much to ignore. Then, her pretense as if everything was fine was baffling. How could she look into his eyes and smile so warningly after lying to him? Sighing helplessly, he grabbed his glass, taking a swig of the whiskey. "Why are you out here drinking all by yourself? Shouldn't you be with your lovely wife?" a voice suddenly interrupted his messy thoughts. Rock slowly tilt
