Mr. David Alfonso, the 40-year-old CEO of EZQ Entertainment, is nearly twice as old as both Callie and me.
Half Italian and Filipino, he exudes a unique blend of sophistication and strength. His demeanor is strict yet refined, with every movement and word. Despite his intimidating presence in the boardroom, it's evident that he likes Callie. Madly in love with her, his eyes soften, and his stern looks melt away in her presence. He often gives her special treatment.
“When he told you to go to his office. . . Was that? Was that the time that you had wild kisses—” I asked Callie after I read the text message.
“I don't know what he is talking about —”
