She knew this man, whom she had once thought she loved, had been very determined to trap her into a forced marriage, but she still felt badly at leaving another human being in pain. But Nancy was pulling at her arm and Tamina shook herself out of her guilt. Her first responsibility was to get herself and Nancy away from this place.
