I slowly moved towards the door to push it back closed, Tina’s enraged words echoing in my ears. She threatened me. It sent a sick sensation pooling down in my guts, to hear the hatred in her voice, so potent, intense and thick that I could almost taste it. There was no use in trying to go after her now. To be honest, I was suddenly overwhelmed by this crazy situation and all I wanted was a few moments to just clear my head.
