Ransom Tanager
It took a few days for me to recover. After everything that had happened, I was wiped out. Piper stayed by my side the whole time. In the meanwhile, Kathleen and Mr. Leech took turns watching The Minitour. He woke up during that time, but we had to help him to where he could function again.
I went to his guest room to see if he was there. Chris was nowhere to be found. I went down the stairs, where I saw Mr. Leech standing there taking something to the kitchen. “Mr. Leech,” I said, “have you seen Chris?”
Mr. Leech blinked at me. “What?”
“Have you seen The Minitour?”
“He’s in The West Wing,” said Mr. Leech.
“Why is he in The West Wing?” I asked.
Mr. Leech looked over his shoulder in the direction to The West Wing. The
