Maybe going to Finn’s house was a mistake but to be honest, I needed him to work on this with me. It was creating the budget for the entire program next year and it was a large task to handle because with that, we had to work out the marketing, payroll budgeting, everything you can imagine was involved in this. The sponsors wanted something in their hands in about four months. So, I mean, we had time, but the sooner we come up with something, the more time we had to adjust different aspects as needed.
I did feel like a jerk when I told Finn I couldn’t bring him lunch and told him I was going on a lunch date. I honestly don’t know why I said that because that wasn’t true at all. Maybe I wanted him to feel jealous? Because I know if it were him going on a lunch date, I would have.
