We drove to Carter's house and my jaw dropped, it was a real mansion, one I only saw in movies before. Dr. Charles gave me painkillers and called our attention on being careful, I couldn't move or exercise too much, neither I was allowed to lift anything heavy. Carter parked the car and we waited in silence a little. I was nervous and I knew he felt it.
- Isn't it incredible that Will is Elizabeth's mate? - I asked and Carter smiled.
