Then, she moved on to some of the more challenging exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead tricep curls, and pullover presses, each one pushing her strength and endurance to the limit. Despite the difficulty of her workout, she kept going, building up a sweat and breathing hard until she had completed every set and rep.
