Jocelyn lifted the polo shirt from the rack and inspected it with a critical eye. Her bottom lip disappeared between her teeth even as nerves flared. Would he like it? It wasn’t the first time she was buying Gabriel something to wear. He had never complained. Even though previously she had gotten everything at the thrift store. Cheap and easy. Not this time, though. Jocelyn nervously looked around the boutique she had walked into with the sole purpose of getting Gabriel something nice. Nice and expensive.
