Everything happened in a flash yesterday. It was around 23:00 when all the lights in the City Hall turned off and we heard somebody scream. It was O. According to her and the ones near her, she felt a strong wind by their area and when they took a look, it was the black flying creature. One officer hurried to turn the lights on, and exactly, the thing was just approaching us. It was faceless. It appeared to me like it was hollow. Just like a black wind. Like a projection. It turned its “head” to us who were at a corner, and then flew away. O wasn’t hurt or anything. We encouraged the citizens to stay here in the meantime for the culprit might attack soon.
